About the Role

• Coordinate video productions from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
• Serve as the key contact between clients and the production team, managing expectations and deliverables.
• Handle logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and on-set coordination (as needed).
• Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within scope.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align on storyboarding and production needs.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

• Seamlessly executed productions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Happy clients who feel well-informed and supported throughout the process.
• Efficient coordination resulting in on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
• Overall happiness for working in a cool area with cool people doing cool stuff.

What We’re Looking For

• Have experience producing video projects, from planning to delivery.
• Are fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Can effectively manage teams and client relationships.

• Location: Remote, ideally based in Lisbon for in-person coordination when needed.
• Estimated start Date: Flexible, based on project requirements (starting from April 1st, 2025.)
• Compensation: Per-job payment, based on the scope of the production.
