About the Role

• Plan, storyboard, and creatively shoot video projects for athletes and brands.
• Travel around Europe and film engaging, high-quality content.
• Adapt quickly on location to capture the perfect shot in dynamic environments.
• Flexibility, capable of shooting both cinematic documentaries and fast-paced social media content.
• Capacity to edit captured footage to create multiple versions tailored for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with brand objectives.

• Stunning, on-brand content that captivates both clients and their audiences.
• Clients feel supported on location and post launch, with strong engagement metrics on published videos.
• A proactive approach to analyzing performance and improving future projects.
• Overall happiness for working in a cool area with cool people doing cool stuff.

What We’re Looking For

• Are based in Europe and willing to travel frequently for shoots.
• Own your equipment and know how to get the best out of it.
• Have the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative projects from start to finish.
• Can adapt to different formats, from cinematic storytelling to social media reels.
• Have experience with video editing tools.
• Are fluent in English (Portuguese or additional languages are a plus).
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

• Location: Based in Europe, with willingness to travel.
• Estimated start Date: Flexible, based on project requirements (starting from April 1st, 2025.)
• Compensation: Per-job payment, based on mutual agreement.
